Worst service I've ever had. Count your money before you leave the bank. Especially if Diane is your teller. I was shorted $25.00 on a transaction and when I inquired about it I was treated like a liar and a criminal. I am a member in good standing. My wife and I have checking and savings accounts and I was treated horrible by Diane and the manger Kim. Basically the teller Diane made a mistake and the bank manager is covering for her. It's all good, I will be changing banks today. Thanks for nothing guys! Don't bank there. They treat their members horribly.
This place is so incredibly awesome! They are very patient and great service for every body ! Joann is the best and the sweetest person ! 10/10
The absolute worst. I’ve been with them for 10 years and still have not received my new debit card (mine expired in January) called several times and no one seems to care or have any urgency. I have bills past due now because of said expired card. Changing banks tomorrow. It’s well overdue to be done anyways.
A great place to “Credit Union” at and just in general! The employees are ROCKSTARS and always seem to go above and beyond my high standards!
This bank is very great. Never banked with them. They offered me a car loan when others wouldn't. I am now a member and transfer all my account's over to United credit union. Thanks all for your help and being very friendly.
