I visited this store on Thursday November 19 @ 6ish, I've never experienced such a total lack of customer service skills until I visited this store. As someone who has worked in service for 10 plus years with 6 being in management, I would either fire the young lady behind the counter or have her on a probationary period until her attitude changed. No greeting when I entered the store just a glare... the experience left me sick to my stomach. The worst part is I felt unwelcomed and like inconvenience to her. When you choose to work in sales your number one goal should be customer service. Theres a reason this gas station looks like its closed everytime i drive by... a friendly face can make the difference in where someone chooses to stop, for me when I'm in town for my children's activities I will choose to drive the extra and go to caseys and im sure there's plenty of people who will do the same. This women is probably costing you guys thousands a month and you don't even know it....
