Jimmy Michel Motors has quickly earned my respect and trust! I’m impressed that any question I have posed to their service department- no matter how big or small - is addressed quickly and in a way I can understand. I don’t have to wait long for appointments if I need one, and any problems that arise are quickly and fairly handled by Wes, the service manager. I won’t bore on with details, but more than once, Wes has gone out of his way to make sure my vehicle was well cared for, my concerns have been addressed, and I am happy with his department. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Jimmy Michel Motors!

We love Jimmy Michel Motors! They got us the best deal any dealership could give us. All the other places we went to would only give us a very small amount of money for our trade in - Jimmy's gave us a more than fair deal on our old trade-in car. Jeff Davidson was more than happy to work with us and gave us plenty of time to think over our decision when getting our Ford Escape. I always recommend Jimmy Michel Motors to my friends when they are in search of a reliable vehicle at a more than fair price.

I have 2 ford dealers within 20 min of my home and I drive to Aurora (40 min) just to do business with Jake at Jimmy Mitchel his professionalism and attention to detail, I will never go anywhere else. When I call Jake Jenkins remembers my name my truck my vehicle history and takes great care of my family when they come for service. Jake coupled Kyle in the parts department make for a perfect team of professionals, and if you haven’t given them a opportunity to wow you with their team work and professionalism it’s time to start!

We bought a car brand new from Jimmy Michel and the customer service was amazing! 5 years later I still come for service visits when I can even though I live a couple hours away. Jake Jenkins from the service department is always fast to respond to calls and friendly upon arrival. I would rather schedule service on a day off and drive the couple hours for routine service than visit the dealership 10 minutes away. The customer service is unmatched!!
