They were very very rushed tonight. The poor staff was Haggard and got our order wrong on a couple of different ways, but they apologized and quickly took care of it. This is the way customer service should be when things don't go exactly right. Kudos to them. We've come here again if we we needed a McDonalds.
Slow service. Dining area still not open on October 15th. Coffee was good and hot.
Order wasn't right and had to go inside to get the drink. This isn't the first time it's been wrong this week.
My husband came here this evening. He placed his order. Then had to wait to pay for the cashier to tell the guy outside that she needed him to come back in and cook the food. He said that my husband was going to have to wait while smoking a cigarette and talking with a friend. They brought my husband someone else's food first. Then ensured my husband the food would be fresh but the chicken nuggets are hard and cold and the French Fry's are soggy. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
The first time in a long while all the food was fresh and hot! I did not even need sauce for the fries.
