My orders are frequently incorrect at this location, and that is what it is, I know what I'm getting myself into when I go to any McDonald's. That being said, the interaction I had moments ago with the manager on shift right now was inexcusable. When attempting to pickup an order my wife made on the app there was some confusion (I honestly don't know what happened) but they never received the order on their end. In trying to find out what the problem was, and initially still wanting to place an order, the manager had no decorum or respect. Ultimately deciding to not get anything because the manager refused to answer anything I asked so I could ensure that in the confusion we wouldn't be charged twice (on the app, and at the window). Based on her conduct toward a customer, I'd hate to be the employees working with her.
Best McDonald's we have ever been to, food is fresh every time and the people are friendly and kind!
