The best place ever!
big barn has always been friendly to me on all my random drop ins since i now live in clovis NM and frequent to abq often. they have the best coaching staff and class programming around . i’ve been to tons of crossfit gyms and this place just really cares. they really make you feel at home. great environment !
New to the CrossFit world, my fiancee dragged me here but I couldn't be happier. We went through introductory classes which were very helpful and then the real deal. Very friendly and helpful coaches and laid back non-judgmental attitude all around, although you do get a brutal workout as promised. My fiancee has also gotten phenomenal one on one therapy sessions for several injuries she has had.
I’ve been good g to this box for about a year and I LOVE IT!! the coaches go over proper form and warm you up before getting started. Big Barn has specific classes to get you started before jumping into the regular Crossfit classes, this is an introduction to proper form, technique and the Crossfit world. They care about your form and help you build from there. It’s an uplifting place to be. Every work out will push you and you will see results.
