Was very highly recommended by my Puma mfg. It took over 2 months to effect the repair due to covid. Got it home and they hadn't reassembled the interior or cleaned up from the work. Sloppy Job! I do not recommend using this repair shop, at all.

Dropped my camper off for insurance repairs and to winterize it. The insurance repairs went good except for the propane line being left unhooked under the refrigerator. I found that out when I turned the propane on and could hear it rushing into the camper. That wasn’t a huge deal. Today although is the first time I’ve used the hot water heater. The only thing that was said to me when I picked it up was that I needed to run all the faucets for 30 min to make sure everything was out of the lines. I turned the hot water heater on and could smell something burning. I hurried and shut everything off pulled the cover off for the hot water heater and the anode rod isn’t even in. It was removed and just sitting inside the cover. The real issue is if your going to shut the water valve off to the heater you should tell the owner so he can turn it back on and not burn up his hot water heater. It won’t work now needless to say. Hey not a problem and I wanted to thank you for informing me of this over 4 months after I picked up the camper. Also after I turned it on and ruined it. Would have been nice to have been told this when I picked it up.

We purchased a Forrest River travel trailer and really feel as though we got a good deal. We have had no issues so far. Sales and service people are very friendly and helpful.
