All I can do is parrot most other reviews, this is a really great stop off the highway. The Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich was Outstanding. I forewent the onion straws but the breading was sufficient without being out of proportion, the chicken was tender and moist.nFries were fresh, not overly salted nor greasy. Slim can come to Ohio anytime.
Nothing slim about this chicken but the Limited healthy selection menu. Only 2 items. Went with a cayenne chicken sandwich. The bun looked greasy and was covered on top with onion ring breading. The sandwich itself was not spicy. It was bland. They recommend mac and cheese. It was over cooked noodles and bland. Finally the drink i choice was raspberry tea. It was very sweet and tasted artificial. Two stars only because the service was more prompt then i expected and the cashier was nice.
Eaten at this location a handful of times now. That says something since it is over an hour from where I live.nThe food is tasty. We usually stick to the the tenders though the bone in options are good also. The dip options are varied so most anyone can find one. I like the fries. They are thin and crisoy. My daughters enjoy the mac-n-cheese.nnDriving through. Give it a try. Located at the main exit so no time wasted driving through town
I love Slim chicken garlic parmesan wing sauce. Food is always fresh. Never been disappointed by this location.
Kinda like Raising Canes, but with a much better selection of dipping sauces. Not to mention Slim Chickens has more healthy menu options, with dessert options too. The chicken is more home style breading. The fries are more like Lions Choice's fries.
