Drive through supper tonight. When I got home AND picked up my pop, the lid came off and showered myself, leather coat and my car. I called the store to report it and they didn't say sorry or even have a nice evening. They didn't offer to rectify my inconvenience in any way. Disappointed...
It was the worst experience. The person on the headset asked me 3 times if I needed help although I said just one moment, twice. I have 3 kids so it's hard to get all orders fast. Then she got my order wrong and charged me for a large mashed potato and gravy and didnt give me the right size drink. Get the food and head on back to the highway to realize it was the wrong order and did not even give utensils to eat the food nor were there any napkins in the bag. And the chicken was old and crunchynJust disappointing bc we are traveling and can't just turn around to deal with that.
Drive through staff was very nice! Got the food out hot and fresh quickly!
This place is so inconsistent. Went one day after work for chicken and the breast were a great size juicy and delicious and 2 weeks later they were tiny and shriveled up. Not sure i wanna try a third time. The biscuits were super fresh!!
