My experience at Chen's Chinese Super Buffet and Hibachi was horrifying. The drive-through customer service was unacceptable. First we were greeted with disgust and annoyance. Secondly, when we asked clarification on the menu we were handed a menu with irritation. Then we placed three separate orders only to discover that they were all wrong. One of the customers had asked for some sugar and was given sugar. But when the second customer in our vehicle asked for sugar, she was informed that they did not carry sugar. I did not receive items with my meal that was clearly printed on the menu that is visually posted on the side of their building. I was treated as If I was a thief, humiliated, and belittled. I would strongly advise not coming to this restaurant.

The food was really good, I had the lemon chicken it was good, egg rolls were really great, pretty good egg drop soup, though not the best I've had. I ordered carryout went thru the drive thru to get it had to wait about 5 minutes for the food, and when I got home 20-25 minutes later the food was still hot and ready to eat. Overall good experience.

We stopped in the for the first time tonight.. not only were we pleasantly surprised at the great food...but the staff was extremely friendly! You made our day with your great service! Thank you!

Love to get weekend takeout here! The portions are huge so you won't go hungry!
