These five stars are for two people, and two people only. Briana Robb and Mike were the ones I recommend talking to there since they are incredibly understanding and helpful. Briana worked with me to find the perfect car and payment schedule, where Mike was fast and a joy to close the deal with!nnI could actively hear Mallory talking about me in the neighboring office about how my circumstances didn’t matter if I didn’t make my payments. It was incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.nnAgain, Briana is who you go to to buy a car!
Purchased my car...everything went as expected. I was nervous. Brianna made me feel at ease, bought during the summer months, never checked my heater, needless to say it didn't work, tried calling several times to talk to Mike about the problem. He never returned any of my call. I was told on 2 separate occasions that he was in the restroom. Anyhow finally got my heater fixed. Now I am smelling antifreeze. And I am actually stressing about even calling back about this issue. I DO NOT recommend this place at ALL!!!
3rd vehicle we've purchased from carmart, all have been serviceable with issues you expect from higher mileage. Buying experience is very quick compared to other dealerships and I've been able to resolve service issues satisfactorily. They are easy to work with and always reasonable
