Dropped my car off at 9 in the morning and had to call and check what was going on at 4:30 then was called back at 5 to tell me that the car wasn’t fixed but thankfully they could tell me what was wrong. This wouldn’t be a huge deal if 1 I hadn’t of been without a car for 8 hours and 2 if I hadn’t of been charged SEVENTY dollars for a diagnoses. I would recommend taking your car to any other place in town and if they can’t get it take it to 4 others before you take it to here because it will still be cheaper more than likely.
Dropped vehicle off 3 weeks ago and still had to wait . I would recommend making the appointment to get the work done at another dealership.
Absolutely love Lindsay Ford! We made the decision to have our vehicle repaired at Lindsay even though we do not live in the area. We trust their service. We purchased our car at Lindsay in 2015. They have always been punctual and professional with any service we have had done to our car. When we decide on a new car we will return to Lindsay for the purchase.
