I DO NOT WILL I EVER recommend this McDonald’s. If I were you I would go to the other one across town, or save your money and go elsewhere. Two managers today of November the 24th 2020 decided it was okay to hang up on two customers because they didn’t want to deal with a complaint. NEVER EVER in my 16 years of working in customer service have I ever had a manager hang up on a customer because they simply just didn’t want to deal with their complaint. Very disrespectful and wrong! Save your money go somewhere else.

10:00 pm. on a Saturday night and I wanted a large french fry. It took 24 minutes to get to the window and i checked them before but pulling away from the window and they weren't very many in the carton and barely I warm. I ask the girl if they had any hot fries and she wasn't happy with me but had me to pull up and in 5 more minutes I had a full carton of hot fries. Almost 30 minutes for hot fast food. Next time I will go on home and make my own fries and save time and money.

Doesn't always get your order right. More times than I remember, they have handed me my order to get home and find out items ordered were missing. I mean how hard is it to look at a monitor screen and place ordered items in a bag ,and double or triple check the order before handing it out the drive through window. Come on get it together people. And this isn't the only place this happens.
