I had issues ordering carryout on the app and was frustrated by not being able to get my order started. I couldn't choose delivery because I was outside the delivery zone. So I went to the store in hopes it was a glitch and the order went through. I surely had some tone while speaking to the Manager when explaining the entire issue. I was Hangry for sure. But the Manager was really friendly and understanding even though he was the only one working at the time. The food was made quickly and correctly. I'm a truck driver that's disabled I cannot get out and walk from my truck into stores or drive my truck to a pizza hut locations to get food for me to eat I order delivery I never have problems with any delivery service coming to my truck and delivering food to me all of a sudden this Pizza Hut decides to tell me that I have to walk to the front of the truck stop to be able to get my food because they don't want to drive up to my truck this has nothing to do with the virus has to do with a driver if truck drivers were not out here doing what we do you wouldn't have food to deliver this restaurant is disrespectful to disabled veterans and truck drivers if you can go to a house you can go to a truck and it is not a Pizza Hut policy because I get Pizza Hut delivered to me all over the country this is it store specifically
Drive thru went smoothly and the pizzas were hot and good.
I placed a order with the right number and they never called to tell me that they didn’t have breadsticks and or wings for my dinner box and so they just canceled my order without my knowledge. This will be my last time eating here and I hope they have consequences for there awful food and service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!
