I can't say enough about this dealership's personnel! On a Saturday afternoon as we were headed home from Wyoming to Georgia we had truck issues. We called and they were more than ready to help us. They worked past quitting time to get us going again. The diesel tech was able to get us to a point that we felt comfortable getting the truck home. All of the Personnel were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no problem doing more business with them if I lived anywhere near Warrensburg. Don't be afraid to give him a try I would back him up 100%.
The employees of the Body Shop of Warrensburg Chrysler are awesome. The repairs to my Ford Explorer took a little longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. My vehicle looks brand new. They even detailed it. I have a 5 yr. old grandson and he is NOT a tidy kid. I will recommend them to everyone.
We were on our way from Wyoming to our home in Georgia from our yearly hunting trip when our ram 2500 stranded us 800 plus miles from home. Upon calling other closed dealerships in the area we finally found Warrensburg Dodge. We were 30 miles away and close to closing time but Riley the service advisor said see if you can make it we will wait. When we finally arrived he had Curtis a very well rounded knowledgeable technician right on it! Although he was not able to completely diagnose the problem I was assured that the truck would make the trip home. He was correct, took a little longer but arrived safely. I would highly recommend this business and would certainly use them if I were closer. This was customer service at its very best! We are repeat buyers and David is the best. It is the fastest car buying experience we have ever had (and we are military so we have done it a lot all over the United States). We love this place and definitely recommend them!
