We had the pleasure of working with Thomas today. We usually have dealt with James in the past & was looking forward to working with Him today but He was off. We recently purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain from big dealer, then 2mos after it was Totaled. When the Loan was paid off, I tried contacting them and at least SIX other big dealers, that assured they could help but my credit and lack of a $1500-$3000 down payment they didn't want to help.nnI found Complete Autos and talked with Dustin and he assured me they could (which is what the other dealers said). When I went to the KC Office I met with Maria and checked a couple vehicles and was able to COMPLETE a Purchase !!! Thanks Everyone !!nnWe got a car with a lower interest rate than I would get anywhere else, which saves us money, and a shorter term loan which also helps and even an included a 3yr 36k Mile Warranty thanks!!nnupdate 12/2020 - the Warranty has been helpful because the car needed an O2 Sensor, Catalytic Converter and a Front CV Axel, all covered at NO Cost to us and we are SO Greatfull !!!nnThere is NO Doubt, We will purchase our next vehicle from Complete Auto, we will back for sure, and will NEVER EVER go to a BIG Dealer for a used car EVER again!!!nnand, yes, I am a real person.

James is an amazing car sales man. He is super friendly, I’m definitely glad he opened up Complete Auto Sales because Car Mart is the worst lol After buying from him I haven’t had any problems with my car. I’m so happy I chose to get my car from here.
