I don't normally give reviews but this place needs one. I've been a customer since they first moved to Crystal City. I hate this place. Customer service is rude, wait times calling in are ridiculous, and even wait times to get a simple antibiotic shouldn't take a whole day. Especially when you dont feel good. Lucky for me my insurance is now having us use mail in. I love it. If I need a quick prescription my family of 4 will be going back to Walgreens. I've given CVS so many chances and I'm done. Not ALL CVS locations are this way. My husband travels for work and loves his. Just rethink this one!!!!

They never answer the phone. Every time I have a prescription called in it is in the morning hours and when I get there ar 5 after work it is never ready and they tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes. I will be switching pharmacies and I urge others to do the same thing. The worst customer service ever.

I have been using CVS in Festus for over 3 years. I adore the pharmacist, Ally, and others. I have insurance but also have RX GOLD for $5.99 a month which has a lower co-pay on 2 of my meds saving me $40 a month. I don't know of many businesses that a person frequents often that has not upset them at one time or another. A consumer should always shop around and find the best prices for whatever you are purchasing! That includes your medications! Yes, I often have difficulty getting through on the phone. Try not to call at peak times which CVS provides. I often call in at midnight if I have questions and get through immediately!! And most important to me, THEY HAVE NEVER GIVEN ME THE WRONG MEDICATION which two other pharmacies in town have done!!!

Made the mistake of choosing this for my pharmacy. Very first fill said I do not want to be enrolled in the autorefill system, don't want robocalls, I will call when I need something.nCue the robocalls asking if I want refills - if you don't answer to interact (and I never seemed to catch the calls) then it will call back. And call back. And keep calling.nFirst instance of this I called, asked again to not receive the refill calls, was told they'd take me off the list. It happens again. Call again. They said they'll take care of it. More calls. Went in for a refill, explained I was still getting the calls, was told that they'd fix it so I wouldn't get them. I got home and immediately get another phonecall from the CVS harassment robot. This time when I called to complain I was told that THIS call was asking if I wanted to enroll in the refill robocalls.nNO. NO I DO NOT.nI was offered the choice of getting text messages instead so I would be notified when prescriptions are ready to be picked up. Ok, fine, sure.nHey, would you look at that - I started getting texts asking if I wanted refills on the medication I had just filled 9 days ago.nI've blocked the number and unenrolled myself from the text messages.
