This is a great place to rent a tux! I got fitted for everything in only about 10-15 minutes and there weren’t any questions I had at all. Everything was very clear and done very quick. Highly recommended!

My daughter purchased a in stock dress for prom. She put a deposit down and made payments on the dress. We all know proms got canceled due to corona virus. She got a email saying that no money would be refunded. I feel that this is ridiculous for a store to take advantage of someone that they had no control over. I will be contacting the news and whoever else because this is ridiculous. It would be one thing if she just didn't want it. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This place is amazing! Dress shopping with a teenage daughter isn't always easy, but shopping at The Prom Store was such a great experience!nEach customer gets their own personal employee that helps you find the right dresses, try them on, clip, hold, zip, lace, etc. We had the pleasure of working with both sisters, Brittany and Maddie, and they were both exceptional! They immediately were checking sizes and colors available to order with every dress that my daughter tried on. They were very attentive and extremely helpful!nMy daughter left with her dress ordered and a smile on her face! (This is generally not the case until we've searched several stores.) Honestly, I don't know how anyone leaves this store unhappy!nOh, and they take your name and school and will not sell the same dress to anyone else in your school! This is so amazing!nThis store is a total gem! This will be my first and last stop for every Homecoming, Prom or Wedding from now on!
