Order on their app. The delivery time was 25 to 35 minutes. I finally called at one hour and was told delivery person was on way but had 4 others orders also. I received order 75 min after I ordered and was cold as driver did not have in a hot bag. I called the store and spoke with rude lady after being on hold for 7 min. She asked if I wanted remade and told me delivery would be at least 1 1/2 hours since she was really busy and short handed. I told her just to refund. She said she would cancel credit card charge. The charge posted to my account anyway so I called the store and spoke to extremely rude man who said wasn’t his problem to call my back. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Horrible Really disappointed (07/16/2020)

Elizabeth the manager on duty , told us she wasn’t going to help us & hung up. After we received our pizza an hour late , without half of the order. This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. I know you can expect much , but she should be fired instantly. I will drive miles further to not deal with the trash that works there.

I went to the Telegraph pizza location yesterday and the people were rude. You would think that since there has been a pandemic they would be grateful for the business but not everyone gets food out all the time and knows the procedures for pick up. Very rude ! I'll go to the Lemay location next time or Dominos on Lemay Ferry where they are friendlier . I was picking it up for my daughter who understands how it all works much better than I. Lady on the phone and the older lady who brought the pizza to the car were very rude. Smh.

The counter person was great. She checked to make sure everything was right, explained the price and checked again to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The pizza is great. Couldn't ask for more.

Someone just tested positive for the corona virus and the managers are so unprofessional they didn’t let all the staff only some know they have been exposed . Very rude of the managers to put the costumers and their employees well being in risk .
