This is not the place to dine in. We were the only customers there at the time. The employees looked like they couldn't have cared less about our presence. We ordered appetizers with our pizza and they came out after the pizza. We had to ask for plates to eat on! We also had to go up and get our own drink refills. We got a box, which usually signals that you're ready for the check. I finally got tired of waiting and went up front to ask for it. While we were finishing another table came in and had ordered. When we got up to leave the waitress started vacuuming. I felt so bad for that other table. I've had multiple bad experiences here but keep trying because my kid likes the food.The food was good, but whoever is running this place needs to do something to fix it.

When i first ordered and it was delivered, my order was completely wrong! I then called to fix it which they put me on hold with out a choice for 15 minutesl How ever after waiting 15 min on hold to speak with a manager, i finally got to fix the problems with my order. I then got a call back not one second after i hung up with the manager, saying they did not have what i needed replaced and offered other options which was reluctantly accepted. However when i received the replacement order it was still wrong! But this time even more wrong. My pizzas were not made the way i ordered them and my wings were not the way i ordered them and this did not just happen once but twice!!! And now it is after 10pm and now not only me but also my family (which includes 2 kids under 10 years of age) is having to eat food that did want but is completely and utterly wrong as well! AND NOW NEITHER I OR ANYONE ELSE IN MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL EVER BE VISITING A PIZZA HUT LOCATION EVER AGAIN IN OUR LIVES!! I would have put 0 stars but thats not an option

First & last time ordering from here.nFirst I attempted to call the order in for carry out. He was mumbling so I could barely understand the guy. He asked which location I was placing my order at. I assumed I was calling the actual store. I gave my order & the guy says “ok that’s for the store on Richards”? No. I again said the store on Richardson in Arnold. Then the call was disconnected. Decided to place an online order. Received email confirmation at 5:25pm stating the order will be ready at 5:50. Finally got through the drive thru line 15 minutes later & they forgot to drop the garlic knots. Meanwhile I have watched the 9 cars that were behind me drive off with their orders. At 6:20 ( 30 minutes after I arrived for my order that was place online almost an hour ago) they bring out the garlic knots......no pizza. But hey they gave me a soda for my trouble. Came home & discovered its stuffed crust. Not what was ordered. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. BTW this is during the Covid 19 pandemic & I could see every worker in there without masks or gloves.
