Great coaches, great members. The environment is welcoming and friendly. The expectation is work hard and great things will happen. Great place for mma, grappling or just wanting to get in shape. Would highly recommend.
The Best Boxing Class in town. 6pm. Mon-Thurs and 11:30am Saturday. All ages and skill levels welcomed. 1 week free memberships. 7pm Jiu Jitsu Mon-Thur and 12:30 Saturday. Buy a Gi from the Pro Shop and get a Month Free. Kickboxing, Muy Tai, personal training, and so much more!
I visited from out of town and the coach and whole crew were very welcoming.
