Covid is at its high peak right now and the person preparing the food on Thanksgiving night in the kitchen wasn't wearing the mass this disregard for safety for its customers will not ever go there again

Hats off to the amazing staff at 13099 Tesson Ferry QT! Taylor and Angel were working feverishly to get all the orders prepared. They had a great personality with beautiful smiles to match. Taylor went the extra mile to get a carry tote so my ice creams wouldn’t get all over in the car. Thank you, Jay for greeting all the customers as they entered the store. Jay’s outgoing personality was a pleasant surprise as people were coming in with heavy hearts. What a pleasure to enter an establishment with so much positivity! Thank you QT for hiring the most caring staff!

Workers need to inform their customers of what deals that they have going on at the kitchen. Also I did not get any whip cream in my latte which is kind of upsetting even when I ordered for extra( I know it's not a big deal but it is whenever you work in the medical field and you just want to get one thing right lol)

I usually have a pleasant experience at this particular QuickTrip. They're always fast and usually pleasant..usually. Before I start my story I understand that clerks can refuse your ID if it seems suspicious, I get that, but this was highly unnecessary. I go into QuickTrip getting some wine for my friends baby shower, I was in a rush so I was glad there weren't many people in line. As I go to the front desk, the lady asked to see my ID, which I of course gave to her. With everyone standing around, she told me she wouldn't scan it. Since it was a legit ID, I asked her if she could at least scan it to know I'm telling the truth, she wouldn't do that. I . was so infuriated by this, I asked her if I could even show her my birth certificate to prove my age, again she said no. I have been to this . QuickTrip many times to buy alcohol and I have never been treated like this. Again, I understand that they can refuse the ID if it looks suspicious, not sure how mine did, but I had other evidence to back up my age and the cashier still refused to even scan my ID. It was a very humiliating and angering experience, and I ask that you train your staff to better understand IDs...
