I recently switched a new prescription to this location. I have been trying to pick up my adhd medicine strattera for over two weeks now. I’ve called and my doctors office has called along with my insurance company to figure out why it’s not ready. I have severe symptoms that affect my everyday life and relationships. The longer I don’t get my medicine the longer I struggle with symptoms. I have no idea what to do anymore besides switch pharmacies because I can’t get my prescription. I was on the phone for 6 hours today trying to resolve this for the pharmacy. This is crazy. The pharm techs were mean and no help.
Convenient with later hours but the other Telegraph Rd location is much nicer.
The worst pharmacy, I have yet to have a good experience there. Prescriptions are never ready, even when they were called in hours before. pharmacists are very rude. From now on I will drive further for better service.
For the most part, nearly each employee is friendly and helpful, always glad to lend a hand. It's got to be difficult to deal with the public, especially when they may be coming in to procure medicine because they're feeling bad. But there's always someone to help.
Cosmetics department at this location is the best I have been to. Ask for Mila.nPharmacy is always nice here and the clinic has helped me many times.
