A nice selection of clothes and random amenities and other things. The only complaint I have is that the line for checkout always seems to take a while. Maybe it was coincidental with the times I happened to be there but even those few times I was standing in line for genuinely 15 minutes or more before reaching the register.
Rude staff. Only 1 checker & the manger was busy flirting with another employee. 12 people waiting in line.
It is 630 on a Wednesday night I stopped to pick up things for my friend who is having a baby for her baby shower. I also was getting my grandson a new pair of Nike tennis shoes myself a pair of Nike tennis shoes and several other items. Ready to spend at least $150 on the things in my cart. I walk to the checkout lane there’s four women in front of me eight people behind me And one checker. So then I ask is there only one person checking because the line is 12 deep the two people standing at the registers answer quickly Yep only one. So therefore Ross can keep their items and I’ll keep my $150 and spend it where someone is willing to cash me out and use a little bit of customer service
Store was well-organized. The employee that greeted us was fine, but the other employees were very rude to multiple customers. Thought we finally found a good Ross, but I guess not. Also, the line was very long, and there was only one register open (typical of Ross stores). Very disappointing.
I love the variety they have and enjoy seeing what new, unique thing I can find here.
