Horrible customer service cut my car off on the day the payment was due lost my job because of it and they straight thought it was funny and the lady JANE is so ignorant i told her i want to speak with some one els she said good luck not even worth going there ohh also they refinance your loan with out even telling you so best belive iv already got a lawyer they are scandalous as hell stay far away from this place

Nasty attitude Jane that works there is horrible... You can't even talk to her about anything. They sold me a lemon and tried to say I did something to the car... They have no Compassion towards their clients about making this lemon sale. Never buy a car there!!! Never, Never, Never...Trust me they need to be out of business!!!
Have bought several cars from them with no problem. Just bought our 3rd and only had it a couple months but on the day after we bought it it started to act up. Still under warranty and hope they fix it per the warranty and I'll give them 5 stars. Updated 2-5-2020. As they promised per warranty they fixed the car and fixed it fast and it runs like a top. Thank you Insta credit Automart. This is why I'm a repeat customer.
