The staff and service are good here, however I just want to advise not to use the online service scheduling feature. Always call to schedule your appointment. I found that the online scheduling does not seem to communicate with the actual shop. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for an 8:00 am Friday appointment, and the service people could find no record of it, nor could they work me in. I even got a confirmation email telling me the appointment was scheduled . Luckily their “quick lane” service center across the street was able to get me in without too much of a wait time.
Easiest car deal I've ever done. They had everything ready to go, the car was as advertised, and made the deal very painless. James and Bryon were great!
To date, I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location and they perform 90% of my scheduled maintenance. The reason I keep coming back is simply the staff. I could buy the same vehicles from literally 20 different locations in a 100 mile radius, however the superb customer service they provide make this THE place to go.
They were so nice and helped me get a good deal on a car. Haven't bought a new vehicle in years and they made is go smooth and easy. Thanks fellas. Especially Marcus. He was great in all his help!
I drove an hour and 15 minutes to look at a truck. I liked it except for the deep scratch across the door. They were asking top dollar and low balled my trade..nDefinitely won't go back!!
