I came in one day looking for jeans and they didn't have my size available at the time. So the lady at counter helped me order them thru the store, with a gift card. Two weeks passed and I didn't receive them so I went back to the store. Wondering if they got dropped off there and they didn't. They had lost all record of my order. She wouldn't even give me store credit to try reorder them or buy something else in the store. She was very rude about the situation. I was a loyal maurices customer for over 10 years. After wasting my gift card here, I will never shop at this store again. I suspect they didn't order it and stole my gift card for their own use.This is woman who took my order and then claims it was lost.

I have been to Maurice's before, but not this one in particular. Not likely to go there again. Could not get assistance and when I did, the sales lady was pretty snarky.
