This guy is good but he's so busy you really have to stay on top of your case yourself. I'm okay with that but someone else might not be. But anything I've asked him to do and thought of that would help me, he has investigated thoughoughly. And he also gives very good advice.

My husband and I reached out to Jacob for help and we paid the $200 consultation. During the consultation Jacob told us that he would reach out to us via email within the next 24 hours but never did. I thought something was wrong with my email so I called the office on Tuesday and spoke with the secretary and she told me that she will reach out to Jacob and see if he received our email since it was sent to her email ( all of the documents he asked us to send him) and she would get back to me, but no one did. I sent an email on Wednesday and it's now Friday and no one responded or contacted me. This place is extremely unprofessional and a total waste of $200. Don't tell people that you're going to get back to them but never do, it's been 7 days now. Please don't waste your time, energy, or money here guys. I'm extremely disappointed with how Jacob runs his practice, especially in a time of need. My $200 could've went towards my children. Thanks for nothing Jacob.

I was appointed Jacob as my lawyer through the division of family and children services so I can get my 6 month old daughter back Jacob is amazing he is fighting to get my daughter back home with her father and her grandma and myself thanks for a wonderful job your doing to help me Jacob I appreciate it 🙂

Jacob Summers is a outstanding Attorney,He doesn't need to be put down because he's such a busy Attorney. He's just fighting a LOT of cases. If he's such a bad attorney then why does he have so many cases. Don't seem like he's a bad attorney to me. He does his very best to fight for you n does succeed, so before you put him down consider his case loads. He got my case dismissed because he fought for me. Thank you again Jacob,,,,Your #1 client.
