The staff was very helpful, I got a new bra and panties. I told them I had a limited amount but wanted to surprise my husband. Thanks to the awesome staff I did it for less and the best part was no pressure.
I was working there for only a week, or maybe less. It was my first retail experiences plus my first language is Spanish so it was a little bit challenging but I knew I could’ve done it.nMost of my coworkers were fine, and the supervisors too, except one. The manager was very rude to me when I didn’t understood something, she didn’t have any patience or teaching skills at all. She yelled at me twice (one of the times she even pulled my arm hard and direct me where she wanted me to be), sometimes she told me to do something and other supervisor told me the exact opposite. There was no organization. When she was around I felt really uncomfortable.nnEven tho I had this problem, the other supervisors were really cool (Brittany is the one I remember most). She did have excellent communication and management skills, but sadly that experience with the other manager overpowered my view of the company. I didn’t want to be yelled at again.nnIs a shame because I love Victoria’s Secrets, but the poor management just doesn’t work for me.
