I placed an order through the app. I received a phone call from Josh who claimed to be the GM of the location. He informed that he was going to charge me more because he believed I was undercharged through the app. I had already received a confirmation and everything and he would not honor the price the app said and what I was already charged. He then proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back to resolve the issue he answered the phone and said the word “click” then hung up on me. My wife had to call from another number to cancel the order because he was screening my phone number. I don’t know how someone that rude could have been made GM of anything! This locations need to be retrained in proper customer service. I have never been so poorly! He was very unprofessional!

Seems like always when I go there, they are out of bread. How do you run out of bread at a sandwich shop!!?? There is poor management here or staff isn't properly trained to know what adequate supply levels are needed. I'm gonna start going to the Lindbergh locations to avoid this place even though farther.

The bread was really hard but didnt taste bad. The sandwhiches ingredient were fairly delicious. But the amount of meet and cheese on the sandwhich was pathetic. Ill go there and take a picture the next time to show everyone. Just expected more then I was guven

I'm only giving 5 stars because I honestly do not like leaving bad reviews and the food was really good as it almost always is. However, the customer service is lacking at this location and I completely understand the low rating that this location has earned. I get that we all have a bad day here and there, but every person I have interacted with at this location seems to be having their bad day the day that I happen to be there... Maybe they're still upset about the Black Rhino being hunted to extinction?

This is my 1st negative review in my history of being a local guide. I usually give outstanding reviews, but this warrants attention.nI got stuck in line after the person behind me pulled in. Two cars in front of me , a gentleman proceeds to order a substantial amount of subs and lunch items. That alone took, no kidding because I timed it, 10+ mins. I still had faith that they would have him pull over and serve all those with a simple sandwich( which they didn't get right) and soda. No sir. I waited with about 7 other cars for a total of 25 minutes as the man was handed 4+ bags of subs. Did I mention this is all happened on my lunch break? Well, I was kind and asked to speak to a manager about it, but was told they were too busy to speak to me. This is a bummer because I love this establishment and have never spoke ill of any business, in any of my reviews. I wish it had been better. Now, I have to get back to work after my boss gives me an ear-full for being late coming back from lunch. Thanks and stay safe!
