If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I have experienced the worst customer service here that I have ever had to deal with. They were rude, and I still after two months have not even got the answer I asked for. Stopped in looking for a part for a leer truck topper. The woman at the front told me to give her one day to get an answer. I called after not hearing anything for two weeks, and was told by the guy there that I would get a call back the next day. Call a week later, same answer. Stopped in two weeks after that and was told by the same guy that he would make sure I got a phone call by the next business day. It has now been another week and still nothing. I will never do business with them. Now I am just wondering if I will ever receive a call back.

My wife and I had a very bad experience at this place. They scratched our brand new pickup’s bed while installing the tonneau cover. Didn’t even let us know it got scratched even when it was so obvious. Didn’t even get an apology after. Should have followed the reviews. The upside is, the installer spent an hour buffing the scratches out in the clear coat using a rubbing compound.
