Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Safelite in Minot! I was able to quickly and easily schedule the appointment online and received convenient text reminders. We were promptly greeted and helped upon arrival. After the car was repaired, the technician told us the repair was not as extensive as we had thought was needed. He had made the repair, inspected the rest of the windshield, washed all the windows, and vacuumed the front seat area, and ended up charging us nothing. This is clearly a place of integrity that values the customer. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Safelite!
Brannon and Erin have great customer service andnCouldn’t be happier with my experience at Safelite in Minot! I had schedule an appointment online for Saturday and when I got there we realized it was not till the falling Saturday so brannon went out and beyond to make room for my truck to get windshield replace and thanks so much will definitely recommend..
I didn't use Safelite. Every time I called I got a recorded voice and instructions to move to the next step. I just wanted to speak to a real live person. So I called another auto glass dealer and they picked up on the 2nd ring with a live person. I received the information I needed and made an appointment to replace my windshield. I have another vehicle that needs a new windshield and I'll be going back.
