It's the cheapest place in town to get tires put on. I order them on Walmart.com usually can get a good set for 45 bucks a tire then when you bring them in they don't charge you for mounting and give you free balance and rotation for the life of tires all for 60 bucks total to put on. You do have to wait awhile sometimes though.
Called ahead informing them I would be arriving at approximately 6:30pm and would I be able to get an oil change that late. The guy on the phone said it would be fine. After driving an hour and a half to get here the guy at the counter said they weren’t taking anyone else today. Now I have a 1.5 hour drive back to Ray.
Terrible customer service. They’re super unorganized and unprofessional. We waited 3 weeks for an appointment and when we showed up they said we never had an appointment. Also the service man was pretty rude. Wouldn’t ever go back, wouldn’t recommend
What can I say Walmart sucks
Don’t go to Walmart for anything. They wanted me to have an appointment and refused to change my oil because they were closing in 30 minutes. Don’t post hours if you are. It going to assist customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
