Fair dealers. I've bought two vehicles from them and I've been very happy with the experience.
After they sold me a car they called me a week later demanding another 1000 on the down payment or they would take the car back. Pretty shady. I wont be buying here again.
I purchased my son a honda accord from Andrew at Ideal. There was a couple problems within the first couple days, between Andrew and Levi, they made it right and with a great attitude. I have dealt with a great many car lots over my 60+ years and I have to say I am impressed with their willingness to work with us to get this car running right...I am sure the issue is nothing more than something small...but my point is, they had NO problems to be willing to take care of. As far as small used car lots in the Minot Area with fair treatment, I say this is the place to go!.
I bought a Cadillac Escalade 9 days ago. My brakes went out and now my transmission is out. I'm trapped out of town and the best thing they can tell me for the last two days is I'll call my boss and get back to you. I'm missing work and my daughter is missing school. I'm going to contact a lawyer when I get home. Worst ever!!!
