Had been dragging our heels about going car shopping for a winter vehicle because of past experiences. So glad we came to Cartiva because Austin Hayhurst was great to work with. He is polite, patient and knowledgeable. He listened to what we needed, found the vehicle for us and made the rest of the buying easy. Will come here again when we need another vehicle.

I came in on Halloween only with questions and immediately Jim Haff made me super comfortable! He was extremely busy running the store alone and never had me waiting or sitting with questions. He even offered to stay late so I could come back later in the afternoon for any other questions or help. 10 out of 10 recommend ud83dude0a

Josh was really helpful with my car buying experience. He was extremely patient and polite. Even though my wife and I showed up an hour before closing, Josh still took his time and showed us several cars. Overall I was really impressed with Josh's customer service. I recommend you hit him up if you're ever looking to buy a car.

I DO NOT recommend! I talked with Jesse for over 2 weeks, drove from Williston to Minot twice to test drive a vehicle. When I came today we had an appointment for a check up on the one we had test drove. In the meantime we saw another one we wanted to take a look at, he said he would warm up and we could drive it in 20 minutes when we got back. He said see us soon, and when we got back the car was gone! Plus the vehicle we had taken to on a test drive to mechanic needed $2000 in repairs! Very rude, unprofessional and dishonest. We drove 2 hours and were treated that way! It ended up working out though because we found the same car for the same price with 100k less miles somewhere else!!

Austin Hayhurst did an amazing job and answered all the questions we had. He made buying a car the easiest process I’ve ever done. 10/10 recommend!
