We recently updated our vehicle. We are first time customers at Ryan Honda of Minot. Ashley DeWitt and her team were great to work with. We were able to find a vehicle with all of our criteria on their lot. Although we thought we would return to make a purchase, and to clean our trade-in, we were delighted that they were able to fill our needs that day. Ashley from Ryan Honda was amazing! I am from Mandan ND, and was working with Bismarck Motor Company. They quoted me way per month for a new 2019 Accord than Minot did for the same car ONE year newer (2020). My heart was set on a pearl white accord, Ashley found me what I wanted in less than 10 min for almost $100 cheaper per month! Bismarck was not willing to even look into finding me what I wanted but kept pushing me towards the older Accord on their lot UNTIL I told them about Ryan Honda!!nAt this point I was not interested at all. My hubby and I made the deal with Ryan Honda, and drove up to Minot to get my new car! They were all great, I would definitely drive up there again for my next vehicle! :-)
They'll break your car and charge you to fix it.
Ryan family dealerships are the worst. Ryan's Chevrolet wrecked my brand new truck on it's first oil change. It has about 6000 miles on it. First they tell me I can go to who I want. Now they are telling me I have to take it to their guy for an estimate and if my guy is more I have to pay the difference. They also know I need a truck for my type of business and they are trying to put me in a car, which is useless.
