They have a good inventory of shoes. The prices are appropriate for the shoes they sell. The store is well organized, neat and well lot. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. We've been here numerous times over the past couple years and have never had a bad experience.
My almost 4 year old daughter and I went to this store for the first time last night. It was a good experience all the way around. From the call I made to ask if they had what I was looking for to the time we left Katie was amazing! She was helpful and just so so sweet to my daughter and I both. They had a huge selection of non-slip work shoes and kid shoes also.
Went in on Memorial Day, 5/25/2020, for an exchange. I was very grateful they allowed the exchange. They were unworn, in box, w receipt ... but the purchase date was def beyond what is normally allowed by their policy. Found what I was looking for, in my size. The employees were very friendly and helpful.nnNot very busy because I'm sure they just recently opened for business again (covid-19 pandemic). They stood at the door and made sure anyone coming in wore a face covering, which I appreciated.
The Manager Riley is a joke likes to laugh in their customers faces as she makes them leave the store for not having a mask.... YET IT ISNT POSTED ANYWHERE THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR ONE! OH YA AND SHE WONT GIVE THE CORPORATE NUMBER OUT
