The drive through for pharmacy has been closed on my last 2 visits, forcing me to go inside the store during this pandemic. It seems like the drive through would be a real high priority right now. I'm switching to the High Ridge Walgreens for my medicine.

I received a prescription that I need to take daily. They gave me 12 pills. When I went to refill it they said their system wouldn’t allow a refill because they gave me 30 pills on my last pick up. I have the box in my hand with the date that says 12 count.nNo one will help me. They say there’s nothing they can do. We had issues with my son’s medication and them not giving the prescribed amount years ago and switched pharmacies over it and have never had an issue like this at any other pharmacy. Due to Covid we have tried once again in order to stay closer to home. My mistake. I don’t see how a licensed pharmacy who deals with controlled substances can be allowed to make these kinds of mistakes without any repercussions. Their rude and unprofessional attitudes are the icing on the cake.

I go here several times a month due to I get all of my prescriptions at this location. The inside is generally clean inside. All of the Employees are polite and very helpful. All of the employees in the pharmacy and the pharmacists are exceptionally nice and there is one there that is overwhelming and so polite and helpful / knowledgeable that you wouldn't believe. She looks to be the youngest one back there. Her name is Amanda , she's awesome !

I like this store. I've found the sales people helpful and most of the time very cheerful. The pharmacy folks are good to deal with as well. I'm a long time customer - since the store opened - and this Walgreens is one of the nicer ones I go to. No store is perfect, but this one is pretty good.
