Employees need to learn to lose the attitude...or at least hide it better. I have worked in the food industry so I understand how difficult it is, but they were just plain rude. I was the only customer and as soon as I walked in they made it known that I was a nuisance. Didn't even make my sandwich correct, but I obviously ate it since it was $8.
UPDATE: I tried to use the online app to place an order, the app did not work, so I called the store. Young lady took the order, and I intentionally asked for extra napkins. Wife picked it up, she said when she walked in, no-one even looked up, she walked over, got our bag off the shelf and left, when we met up, we went to have lunch, opened the bag, not one signal napkin...is this company so cheap they can't afford to put napkins in the bags? It's like they don't want the business... See below for more information.nSeems like almost every time I order from this store, the employee who takes the order, and the one who makes the sandwich don't communicate. If the customer says, I don't want this or that, it means, don't put this or that on the sandwich, it does not mean to double it up with this or that... I think that will be the last time, as I am the customer, if you're not sure, ask!
Five stars for the food! Was confused about none of the employees wore a mask and no gloves. Customers were given a cup to get their beverage and none of them had masks or gloves on! My last trip to there until everyone is on the same page with Covid19 precautions!
