QT in Herculaneum is enforcing Jefferson County's mask mandate. After fiddling with his own mask, the guy handed me one and insisted I wear it to complete my transaction. So basically the guy behind the counter demanded that I wear a contaminated mask.nIf a business wants to require mask. Then posted it clearly, and if they got pomps posted clearly on them pumps too. At least that way you can decide if you want to deal with that business or not. Especially when under time restraints.nBut to wait until you get to the counter the point to check out...

Not one employee was considerate enough to wear a mask. Felt very nervous being in there....left and went to another station where safety and cleanliness is important.

No mask on employees or signage/enforcement of mask on customers. Thought about buying food but saw even food staff was unmasked and walked out. I understand these stations are all are franchised but seems like at the moment a silly hill to might literally die on

I like stop by this QT location the employees are friendly, my only suggestion to improve upon is the QT Kitchen needs more people, or needs to move faster, as while the idea is convenience, I can sometimes wait almost 10 minutes, which isn't like fast food. The quality of the food through QT kitchen needs to be parallel to the wait, such as the food quality is slightly less than fast food, and cheaper which should make the wait time less in theory.
