I've found the service department to be first rate when taking care of my 15 Cherokee and is the only dealer in my area that I would trust at this point. The sales department has been especially patient with helping me design a new Gladiator which I have on order. Three thumbs ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dup to Lucas for providing a solid program to make the customer feel comfortable before and after the sale. And yes, I am a repeat customer as they have earned my business the right way by making me feel comfortable investing hard earned money in their product.
Had an 8 a.m. appointment for oil and filter change on Saturday morning. They pulled my truck in at 8 sharp and I was back on the road at 20 after. Everyone was polite. Can't ask for more than that. Oh yeah, this was one of my free oil changes from when I bought the vehicle two years ago. Really doesn’t get any better!
Service Staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone is ready to help. They know your name and treat you like a neighbor.
