I just had the most incredible experience buying my first Cadillac! From start to finish, the process was easy, quick, and just as important, a really great price!nThe entire Sapaugh team went above and beyond to make the entire experience special for me. Last month was our 4th shopping experience at SAPAUGH !! We have never been disappointed. We will not buy a car anywhere else. Our salesman Kevin was outstanding. He was patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable , and professional. He was not pushy. He took his time to explain all of the features. We took two cars on test drives before deciding on the Cadillac XT6. We love our new SUV. The GM Mr. Joe Clemens even allowed time to chat with us. As usual everything was fine. The service desk and, in particular, the woman who was the person who gave information to the people waiting for their cars WAS SUPERB. Her friendliness, concern and attention to detail was outstanding. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. However, as an Ambassador of Good Will she is Excellent!!!!!!!.nMy only concern with the service is that in over twelve years of being a Sapaugh customer is that they always returned the car clean, when the work was through. In my last two visits this has been overlooked.nIf their maintenance policy towards washing and vacuuming cars before return has changed, I apologize for making light if it. It is really insignificant.nTheir service compared to the other Cadillac Dealer in the St. Louis area is beyond reproach.
