Top-notch customer service. I recently brought them a vehicle I purchased from another dealer to them for service and they treated me no different than if I purchased it from them. They brought me a loaner car without me even requesting one, and they performed a quick and thorough diagnostic. Everyone was great to work with. I think next time I'm shopping for a new vehicle, I'll definitely check out Sapaugh first.

Car was returned to me with a error displayed on dash. Valet said I was ready to go, service manager Steven took it for a spin and said it seems fine with error message still displayed. The liability the three people exposed you to is unbelievable. The tech, the valet and the service manager all ignored the message and expected me to just drive away with it. I can't even express the negative level of professionalism multiple individuals represented. Over the service history of my Yukon XL Denali, This is the third time I was told the car is ready and once there to pick it up, it was not repaired correctly. Out of two service visits for my wife truck, a 2019 Sierra Denali, one service was a similar poor experience. The Brake service recall was done incorrectly and was said to ready for pickup. When I got in it, multiple error messages were being displayed. one star rating is too high for Sapaugh service

I recently had a problem with a state inspection that was done at Sapaugh Chevy.I was contacted by Joe Clemons the general manager within 3 hours.He called me first thing the next day also.I was impressed with his desire to take care of this problem and to make me a satisfied customer.I will definitely return to them for my auto service needs.

Great experience , Greg Jones , very energetic , polite , great salesman , very informative, took care of everything , good conversation , AND NOT PUSHY!!! Thanks for a great experience. He was the first salesmen. to notice wife and I walking around NEW car lot. After about looking at new cars , in lot , for about 25 min., on a Saturday, around 03:20 pm.. Greg is a Used car salesman.
