Had a wonderful experience at AutoCenters Herculaneum. Sent in credit ap on Friday night. Had an answer with an appointment for the next morning. Got there and they immediately let me test drive the car I wanted. Two hours and we were out of there-completely finished with the purchase of my new car. Thanks so much!!!
I just bought another vehicle from them. Jake and Eddie were excellent to work with. They made sure I understood all the paperwork and the warranty info. They made sure I got a vehicle that met my needs and the financing was within my budget. Had an issue with the locks not working and they had the issue resolved quickly. Will definetly be back when I get another vehicle.
I drove 5 hours there and 5 hours back to get a vehicle and once we got home we realized quite a few things were wrong and the best they would do is split the cost with us. Just disappointed to spend that much on a vehicle and now we have to go put money into it. It’s all around sensors that managed to not go off until after I left.
Very easy purchase, friendly staff, quick financing and checkout process. I feel I got a good deal on a late model suv. These guy’s made it easy!
It was a great experience to work with them on purchasing my new vehicle.nThe price was great. I also asked that I spend a minimum amount of time in the building due to COVID and they got most of the work done online and over the phone and I was in and out in 30-45 minutes. It's the least amount of time I have had to spend at a dealership out of 8 different car purchases. Thanks!
