I love this place. Their hot yoga is the bomb! I'm almost 60 and the heat feels so good on sore muscles, allowing more flexibility. My daughter got me going with her and I'm really grateful. Considering their Rise of the Phoenix program for some serious body reshaping!

I love this place. It’s not just a gym, it’s a true fitness community that embraces and encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to be their personal best. The owner and instructors are very friendly and helpful, such an amazing team!

Whether in a class of 5 or 10, you get individual attention. Instructors are amazing. If you need to lose weight, gain weight or heal from an injury, they get it done! There are dats I feel like hot yoga, other days I want to do weights or kickboxing or trampoline. You can pick any class, as much as you want. They treat you like family. Give it a try ( ask for a free class or 2!)

Estaban is a really great trainer. I take his free weights and core sculpt class. They are an amazing workout and a lot of fun. Great music and so much fun.
