Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I was traveling cross country and had a failure with our truck. The service department diagnosed the issue quickly and got me back on the road!! I would highly recommend this dealership and service center.
Cannot say on here how disappointed I am with this dealership!. We have been dealing with the finance person - Jeff - since July trying to get a refund on our extended warranty as we had purchased a different truck. We continually got lip service and promises on the status from him. He told us multiple times how he was going to get this expedited within 2 - 3 weeks. Today we found out that now the check has been cancelled and reprocessed for payment. We buy a new truck about every 3 years and I guarantee that it will not be from a Jay Hatfield dealer. I will not recommend this unprofessionalism to anyone that I talk with.
Everyone is very nice and polite. I had a trim piece put back on at the body shop, and they are very professional and I didn't have to wait very long.
I cannot express have grateful I am for the hard working guys that work for this company. This employer should know how blessed he is to have such guys that work for him. Went to find out about a belt squeal turned out it was the water pump and a tensioner pulley waiting for them to call me tomorrow so I can come in and get it fixed. Attentive and professional people
