Tim sold me a car, didn't inform me until after he had taken the money and had me sign everything that he didn't have the title on hand. He promised to have it to be the following Monday, but didn't deliver, then promised to have it by Friday. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until Friday. I called to talk to him that Friday and I haven't been able to get in touch with him since.
