Staff is friendly and helpful.nUnits are in an uphill slope and the doors lock below down so water/flooding isn't a big risk.nThey dont maintain the drive way so if you are unfortunate enough as myself to have to move stuff in or out during the winter it's a battle to get through the snow drifts and the entire area is covered with ice.nAlso, when I picked up my stuff it was full of mouse poop, spider webs, and those black beetles. ud83dude28ud83eudd22 if you store your stuff it's a good idea to spray your unit first because apparently they were able to get in pretty easy.
Great at taking your money up front then not answering calls when you need an access code.
Poor customer service.
