It's not the first time I've been there, but this time I had a club Lulu half sub small amounts of every thing on it turkey bacon lettuce cheese. If it was my first time there I would not go back. On the same order we had a Italian night club half sub and it was delicious. It was like two different people made the subs. So it's a hit or miss. I would have to think about going back again.

They didn't have cucumbers for two of the sandwiches, which was fine when they told me and offered other vegetables instead for the #6 and #12, but on the #4 there was no lettuce or sauce. The only thing asked to be off of it was tomatoes. The wait time was over 10 minutes at the drive thru. It tasted fine after the #4 was fixed at home adding mayo and shredded lettuce. Overall, meh.

This is clearly a broken business model, and it's too bad, because the food is good.nnDon't order online, unless you want to wait an hour. Don't go through the drive-thru, unless you want to wait 45 minutes. You'll be lucky if they deliver to your location, even if you're less than a mile away.nnThe few times we've dined in were okay, but that was a while back. The past three times we've ordered here over the last three months have been absolute disasters, and today was the last straw.nnYou've lost me, my family, and my locally-owned business's business, Jimmy.nnWork the problem, or this will become an unrecoverable exodus of long-time customers.
