Great professional service
I was a customer because of Tommy. He is the only reason that I kept coming back. Nothing but great times and he was very funny. I will now take my business elsewear because he was fired in the middle of my haircut. Usually I wouldn’t expect someone to stay after they were just fired but Tommy took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my haircut. Also it is very unprofessional as a future business owner to fire your customers while they are with a customer. Very upsetting. Tommy was nice.
Nice people. Haircut was average. Not worth the cost
I drove 20 minutes to get there for a 1:00 appointment. Got there at 12:45 and checked in. They told me to wait in my car and they would call me in. I waited an hour, went in to see how much longer. The girl that checked me in asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, I've been waiting for an hour. A guy with green hair said they couldn't work me in. She asked if I could come back at 3:30. I drove another 20 minutes back home without a haircut. How many people did they work in while I was waiting for my appointment? I won't be back!
Had to wait around 5-10 mins after the time i uad scheduled while the person cutting my hair went in the other room and played on her phone. Did exactly what I told them not to do, and not at all what i actually asked them to do. Not going again and I would recommend not going here yourself. They also didnt wear a facemask and started asking very personal questions during the haircut which really bothered me.
